Our Goal:

To breed and raise good quality, close-working dogs with a strong desire to hunt and with natural pointing and retrieving abilities.

Stein Creek Miss Pepper is a black/white with heavy ticking. She is medium size with a super nose, strong hunting desire and a solid point. She is also a natural retriever. Pepper is OFA certified good .

Stein Creek TJs Nitro

Nitro is having an excellent second season. He is a close working, steady hunter. He has a good nose and has learned to use the air or track on the ground. Nitro has also started to relocate on moving roosters. He is a staunch pointer and naturally backs and retrieves. As predicted he just keeps getting better and better.

~ SOLD ~ Dakota is quite at home in SD. Cory tells us she loves her wing! Good to hear from you!!! Puppy 1 is a blk/white female with a patch on each side and a tail patch. She is a little cutie!!	~ SOLD~ Puppy 2 is a liver/white male with a tail patch. Congratulations to Tom Meckley of MN on the purchase of this puppy. We wish many happy hunts together!

~ SOLD ~ Charlie is now residing in CO. Thanks to our friend Sherri (from WY) who braved an Iowa blizzard to get this little guy to his new home. Puppy 3 is blk/white male with a small dot on side and tail patch.	~ SOLD ~ Sam has gone to live with the Harvey family right here in our hometown of Dysart. He has two very lovely young ladies to help keep him entertained as you can see. Puppy 4 is liver/white male with 1 side patch. He has heavier ticking.

~ SOLD ~ Congratulations Tom Schoenborn on your new puppy!! Tom plans to hunt and field trial Stein Creek's Birkenstock of Bel Air in Bel Air MD. They promise to send updates!! Birkley flew to his new home this weekend (3/2/08) and as you can see he is adjusting to his new family quite nicely. I'm gonna miss this little guy! Puppy 5 is blk/white male. He has an extended shoulder patch and tail patch.	~ SOLD ~ Gus has gone home with the Kemps over the weekend (3/1/08) and sounds like he is taking over the house already. Gus will be hunting right here in IA and we can't wait to hear his success stories. Puppy 6 is liver/white male. He has a tail and hip patch. He has heavier ticking.

~ SOLD ~ Remi (Remington) is now living with her new family, the Magnuson's right here in IA. Brandy tells me she is adjusting to her new home wonderfully. Sounds like Remi is quite the adored puppy. Thanks for the update! Puppy 7 is a blk/white female with a side patch. She is the bigger of the three females.	Puppy 8 is a liver/white male. He has a little snip on his nose, side and tail patch. Stein Creek Blitzkrieg is being retained. Please keep an eye on our website to watch how his training goes. Blitz already shows lots of natural ability. We are confident he is going to be a good little hunter. He will be offered for sale at a later date.

~SOLD~ Bruno is now living with the Iron's family in WI. It was a pleasure meeting you all! Looks like Bruno is getting some TLC from his new best friend Lyndsey. How sweet is that!! Puppy 9 is a liver/white male with 3 patches and tail patch. He is most like his daddy!!	~ SOLD ~ Puppy 10 has gone to live with her new family right here in Iowa. Al will hopefully be bringing her our direction this fall to do some hunting. Puppy 10 is a liver/white female with a tail patch and a connected head / shoulder patch.

Having fun with the Puppies

Below are some pictures of us just having fun with the pups. We have given some of them baths (stinkers!), they have had their little nails clipped (so they don't snag clothes). We played with the wing a little bit today (2/10/08). They have short attention spans at this point but it was fun. It is truly amazing how quickly the time has passed. These little pups have been such a source of entertainment for us.
